The terms that apply to quotations, orders, deliveries and repairs.
These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations issued by Batho Bothle Trading and Projects 33 CC unless a signed supply agreement says otherwise.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document, normally seven days, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order. Prices exclude VAT unless stated and exclude delivery unless a delivery line appears on the quotation.
An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. Specifications supplied by the client, including thread type, diameter and material grade, remain the client's responsibility.
New clients trade on pro forma payment. Account clients pay according to the terms recorded on their account application. Ownership of goods passes on full payment.
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We notify clients as soon as we are aware of a delay. Risk passes on delivery to the address on the order.
Tools booked in for repair are stripped and quoted before work starts. Items not collected within sixty days of the completion notice may be disposed of to recover storage and repair costs.
Manufactured goods carry the warranty of the manufacturer. Repairs carry a workmanship warranty of three months on the work performed, excluding fair wear and consumable parts.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect loss, including loss of production.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
